I use classical French technique and Southern flavor to create high-quality cakes, pastries, and custom menus. From croissants to catering, everything is made from scratch with attention to detail and hospitality at it’s core.

With no notice and without missing a beat, Jackie added Spanish (she’s nearly fluent!), tweaked the music, and turned the class into a bilingual experience. We had the pleasure of having Chef Jackie for an in-home macaron baking class, and she deserves a Michelin star in patience alone. Our group was large, enthusiastic, and mildly chaotic, but Jackie handled us like a seasoned pro (with a piping bag in one hand and a smile in the other). Jackie made us a beautiful 3 foot cake for a friend’s graduation party. She is incredibly talented, creative and a joy to work with. Her cake is amazing. My partner said “this is what real cake tastes like!” She uses high quality ingredients and makes beautiful work.

I first tried one of Jackie’s cakes at a friend’s birthday and it was so incredible, I immediately ordered a custom cake from her for an upcoming anniversary. It was a huge hit and was devoured in silence because we were just blown away! Her intricate flavors and delicate details are like none other you’ve ever experienced. So beautifully made and so unbelievably delicious! Highly highly recommend! Also, she personally delivered to my house on the day I needed it, which I thought was above and beyond!
